What Carlton is doing for the community
Autism Allotment project
Carlton Manufacturing have donated gardening equipment and bags of their Post Mix to the brilliant Autism Allotments in Thurnscoe, near our state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Goldthorpe.
The Autism Allotments is a fantastic volunteer-led community group who provide a safe & supportive space for autistic children, young people & adults to learn and grow together. Their allotment includes sensory gardens, raised beds, a wildflower meadow, mini-forest and onsite facilities for workshops and much, much more!
Safety first – for all
Carlton offer vulnerable road user sessions to help local school children learn about road safety. Our colleagues get as much enjoyment out of these sessions as the children do!
